The Environment and Welfare Committee is constituted of 7 members of parliament who are the pundits for environment and welfare.
The Committee functions for representing the people by means of ordinance establishment, budget organization and budget evaluation on the works of Welfare Female Health Bureau, Environment Green Land Bureau, Saemangeum Maritime Fishery Bureau and Health & Environment Research Institute of Jeonbuk State.

In the future, the Environment and Welfare Committee will involve mainly on protecting and improving the environment of the district and exert our best efforts on enhancing the welfare of the people as well.

The Agricultural Industry and Economy Committee makes efforts to activate the local economy via increasing income of farming houses, heightening the agricultural bio industry, expanding the investment from the enterprise, job creation and incubating the new growth industries.
